The Musical Almanac is back on the air for a full hour every Sunday afternoon
from 2:00 to 3:00 PM Pacific time on CFAX 1070 Victoria.

SCOTT WALKER’S MUSICAL ALMANAC is a popular weekly feature that ran for more than 12 years on CBC Radio and is now a weekly
feature on CFAX 1070 Victoria. 
It tells the stories behind some of the musical anniversaries of the current week.
THE ALMANAC
contains stories from the Big Band era, Broadway, the Movies, the pre-rock years, the early years of rock'n'roll, the British Invasion,
and the post-Sixties musical scene.
The information in THE ALMANAC is drawn from a database of historical events, which currently contains more than 5,100 entries.
